Clear expectations from checkout to doorstep. Timelines may shift, but we keep you informed and your pairs protected.

Where we ship

We currently ship across Egypt

  • Cairo & Giza
  • Alexandria and other governorates

If your area doesn’t appear at checkout, contact us and we’ll confirm if delivery is possible.

Delivery timelines

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: typically 1-2 working days.
  • Other cities: typically 3–5 working days.

Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays. During drops and heavy sale periods, delivery might take slightly longer.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. From time to time, we may run free-shipping campaigns or discounted rates on selected orders.

Order processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after being placed.
  • You will receive confirmation once your order is confirmed and transferred to the courier.
  • Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.

Cash on delivery

When cash on delivery is available, the courier will collect the full amount (order value + shipping fee) upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.

Missed deliveries & re-delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, your order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee, which will be communicated before re-sending.

International shipping

International shipping is currently not available / available on request only. If you’re outside Egypt and want to order, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
