Returns & Exchanges
POLICY
We want you to love what lands at your door. If something is off, here’s how returns and exchanges work at Zero Hub.
Eligibility
To keep things fair and clean for everyone, returns or exchanges must meet all of the following:
- Requested within [1-2] days of receiving your order.
- Pairs are unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Original box and packaging are included and not heavily damaged.
- Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns on:
- Pairs that show visible wear, dirt, or damage.
- Items with missing or heavily damaged boxes.
- Products clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
How to request
- Contact us via Instagram with your order number and reason.
- Our team confirms eligibility and shares return instructions.
- Item is picked up / dropped off and inspected by our team.
- If approved, we process your exchange or refund based on your choice.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a similar model, we’ll try to secure it based on stock availability. Any price differences and additional shipping fees will be communicated before confirming the exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are usually processed within [4] working days. Depending on our setup, refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit or coupon code, or
- Bank transfer / wallet refund (where available).
Shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error (wrong item, wrong size shipped, or a confirmed defect).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving it, with clear photos of the pair and the box. We will prioritize fixing this for you.
